D33 Solar PV Initiative

Under the D33 Industry Friendly Power Policy, eligible companies can deploy captive solar PV generation capacity up to their total required load (maximum demand). The D33 Solar PV Initiative is an additional distributed renewable resources generation program which eligible companies can access beyond Shams Dubai initiative.

This webpage provides the specific D33 Solar PV Initiative resources (regulatory & contractual framework), as well as links to the Shams Dubai resources which are also leveraged by the D33 Solar PV Initiative.

In case of any conflict between the general Shams Dubai resources and the specific D33 Solar PV Initiative resources, the latter will prevail.

Eligible companies interested in developing onsite solar PV projects at eligible sites can reach out to the Enrolled Solar PV Contractors & Consultants to explore the opportunity.
